  • 32Co Orthodontic Platform Where you consent to teeth straightening treatment through our 32Co partnership, relevant clinical data will be shared with 32Co in accordance with their own privacy policy.
  • IT and Software Providers Our practice management software, digital imaging systems, and iTero scanning platform process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
  • Payment Processors Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card details ourselves.

  • WhatsApp Support Service Messages sent via WhatsApp are subject to Meta’s own privacy policy in addition to ours. Please do not send sensitive medical information via WhatsApp — use our secure practice email or speak to us by phone for anything clinically sensitive.
